Luncheon and Presentation at the NAPCWA 2011 Annual Spring Forum

On March 26, 2001, PPCWG hosted a luncheon for conference attendees and presented on the 2010 PPCWG Institute at the NAPWCA 2011 Annual Spring Forum held at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Washington DC.  The luncheon was well attended and participants were able to hear of the activities since the Guidance was launched and the upcoming activities planned for 2011.  The presentation on the 2010 PPCWG Institute showcased Institute teams and the changes they have made in their agencies as a result of the Institute and the Guidance.
