Article on the PPCWG Institute in the NSDTA Journal

Training and Development in Human Services is the journal of the National Staff Development and Training Association and was released at the NSDTA 2011 Annual Conference in Madison, Wisconsin.  This journal released once a year features articles submitted from the field of human services training and development.  The journal is sectioned into three areas: 1) Conceptual and Empirical, 2) State of the Field, and 3) Instrumentation and Methodology.  This special issue focuses on organization development in human services. 

In section two, APHSA staff, Phil Basso and Bertha Levin authored an article titled "Embedding Field-Wide Guidance for Agency Effectiveness: The 2010 PPCWG Institute" which gives a case study of the PPCWG Institute.  The article is on page 52 of the Training and Development in Human Services journal.
